• A new tool accessible to all to report cybercrime on the Internet

In order to fight against cybercrime, internet users, employees and customers can now report incidents of cybercrime on the Internet via a new tool available on the online banking section of the SIEBK website

• Pay attention to hackers on e-banking!

Hackers incite their victims to send them a copy of the bank's letter containing the data allowing to activate the means of authentication on e-banking systems. Be vigilant and contact the bank in case of doubt before any move!

• Netbanking connections: be watchful with your personal data!

As cybercrime techniques evolve constantly, make sure that you keep your personal data relating to the Netbanking system in a safe place and for your own use. SIEBK asks its customers to provide only the �User number� and the �password�, but no copy/picture of the activation letter.

• Fraud against companies

Hackers attack companies by posing as bank employees in order to obtain essential information to validate payments (collective signature). Be sure to protect yourself and see our recommendations below. (French Only)
