Netbanking workshops : SIEBK offers a series of practical free workshops which will enable you to acquaint yourself with the use of SIEBK Netbanking or our other digital products. Various subjects will be covered throughout the year ; please feel free to consult these pages regularly.

I have a question : I spend a few minutes with an adviser to solve a problem, but above all to ask questions about the SIEBK�s online services.

• You need assistance to make a payment or to set up a standard order ?
• You are unable to activate your SIEBK Mobile Netbanking application ?
• You have blocked your Netbanking access ?
• etc.

If you attend our Netbanking training courses, we will accompany you in increasing your knowledge and sharing your experiences.
The training courses are only offered in French.
