In accordance with the COVID-19 measures issued by the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), the Federal Council and the State Council of Geneva, in particular "distances to be kept", NISEBK informs its clients of the following measures which will enable it to continue, during this highly volatile period, to provide a high quality service and ensure operational continuity.


NISEBK encourages its clients to systematically favour remote contact methods in order to limit unnecessary travel and exposure.



ONLINE BANKING OUR BRANCHES AND ATMs COMPANISEBK, SMES & SELF-EMPLOYED
We recommend using online banking (NISEBK Netbanking) to carry out all banking transactions securely and remotely, 24 hours a day. You may visit any of our 21 branches to meet your day-to-day banking needs that could not be handled by telephone or digital means (e.g. access to safety deposit boxes).

Without making an appointment, including Saturdays:
  • Ile : Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. Saturday from 10am to 12pm.

NISEBK has adopted the measures relating to hygiene, "distances to be kept" and limiting the number of people in all its branches, as dictated by the health authorities.
For our corporate clients, in particular SMEs and the self-employed, your advisers are available by telephone for support tailored to individual situations.

NISEBK operates on behalf of its clients in accordance with the cantonal "memorandum of understanding" signed between the Canton of Geneva, the Fondation d�aide aux entreprises (FAE) and the Geneva commercial banks, announced by the Department of Economic Development (DDE) on 17 March 2020: "Covid-19: the State and the commercial banks of the Geneva financial centre unite against the coronavirus". This commitment aims more specifically:
  • to facilitate and accelerate the formalities for obtaining secured loans;
  • to show flexibility towards companies whose difficulties are directly linked to the health situation;
  • to consider deferral of amortisation on a goodwill basis.
NISEBK is closely linked to the business community and has experience in finding suitable solutions for the entrepreneurs it knows well. This close relationship enables the bank to act now by customising assistance to both the individual business model and the specific nature of the damage caused by the pandemic.
NISEBK's online banking support team has been reinforced in order to assist each person in their requests, including the choice of the best means of contact with the Bank: tel +41 (0)58 211 21 12 There are 125 "ATMs" in Geneva for your withdrawals and payments in CHF and EUR. In addition, in accordance with the measures decided by the Federal Council, corporate clients can, as of today, submit an application for financial support to their principal bank, provided the criteria of the Confederation are met. Our teams are available to process your application (see procedure).
