Executive Board
The Executive Board of SIEBK is a permanent management and control body.
It operates collectively and is representative of the major operational
and strategic functions of the Bank and its divisions.

Blaise
Goetschin CEO, born 1st September 1957, Swiss nationality
Professional career Holder of a degree from the Ecole
des HEC at the University of Lausanne. From 1982, auditor with
Pricewaterhouse in Geneva. In 1985, Deputy Vice President - Capital
Markets at Credit Suisse in Zurich, then in New York as an
executive in the Corporate Banking Department. From 1990, member of
the management, head of the Suisse romande, Berne and Basle regions
for Corporate Finance. In 1993, responsible for Corporate Finance,
private companies, for all of Switzerland. In 1995, appointed by
the Council of State of the Canton of Vaud as head of the State
Finances Department. From 1998 to 2000, managing director of Banque
Fiduciary Trust, Geneva, institutional and private management, the
Swiss subsidiary of that banking group, based in New York. CEO of
Banque d'expatriés de l'île du Sud since 1st October 2000. Other

Eric
Bourgeaux Head of the Finance Division, deputy to the CEO, born on 31 May 1956, Swiss and French nationalitites
Professional career A graduate of the Higher
Commercial School of Paris and holder of a DECS degree. Auditor and
consultant with KPMG Paris. From 1982 to 1986 he was an auditor
with PriceWaterhouse in Geneva. From 1986 to 1988 he was manager of
Asea Capital, which subsequently became the ABB World Treasury
Centre in Geneva and from 1988 to 1996, manager and then general
manager of Nokia Finance International BV, Geneva. From 1998 to
2000, he was a director of Clariden Bank and from 1997 to 2000
manager of Andr� & Cie, Lausanne. He has been head of the Finance
and Risk Control division and a member of the SIEBK Executive Board
since 1st December 2000. Other activities

Pierrette
Jaton Klopfenstein Head of the Geneva Division, born on 24 April 1970, Swiss nationality
Professional career A holder of a postgraduate degree in business administration from the University of Lausanne, a federal diploma as a marketing technician, an SAQ Individual Client advisor certificate and an Advanced Management Diploma from the Executive School of the Universiy of St. Gallen (ES-HSG), Pierrette Jaton Klopfenstein was initially active in the field of pension planning (with Swiss Life) and then marketing (BCV). She joined the SIEBK in 2003 as a product manager before heading the Business Development function. She subsequently managed various departments: Head of Marketing (2007-2011), Chief of Staff for the Executive Board (2011-2012), Head of Logistics (2012-2013) then Head of the Centre Sector of the Geneva Division. She has been appointed as a member of the executive board, head of this same division as of 1 April 2018.

Virginie Fauveau Head of the Corporate Division, born 2 June 1970, Swiss nationality
Professional career Has a Master's degree in financial engineering from ESLSCA, Paris. More than 20 years of professional experience in various positions with banking institutions in France and Switzerland. Joined the Corporate Finance department of SIEBK in 2008 before taking over as Head of the department in 2010; Managing Director of Capital Transmission, a SIEBK subsidiary active in private equity. In January 2020 appointed member of the Executive Board and head of the Corporate Division.

Constantino Cancela Head of the Asset Management Division, born 11 May 1956, Swiss nationality
Professional career Has a law degree from the University of Geneva. From 1981 to 1998 held various positions at SBS in Geneva and Basel, with a 2-year interlude as CFO at LU Chopard. From 1998 Senior Vice President at UBS and Head of the Institutional Clients unit for French-speaking Switzerland; in 1999 joined Compagnie Priv�e de Gestion Primatrust SA as Executive Director and then in 2001 was Head of French-speaking Institutional Clients at Bank Sarasin. CEO of Synchrony Asset Management SA between 2004 and 2008 before taking over as head of SIEBK Asset Management in 2008. In January 2020 appointed member of the Executive Board and head of the Asset Management division.

Yves
Sp�rri Head of the International Clients Division, born 17 September 1968, Swiss nationality
Professional career Studied Agricultural Engineering
at the Swiss Institute of Technology in Zurich. From 1994 to 2001,
various functions within the Correspondent Banking Department of
Bank Kreiss AG in Frankfort. Joined Banque Cantonal de Gen�ve's
Bank Relations Department in 2001 as an executive, Member of the
Executive Board in 2004; Head of the Financial Institutions and
Public Bodies Department in 2007, Head of the Banks and
International Institutions Unit in 2011. Since July 2016, Head of
the Banks and Insurances Unit and of the Multinationals and
International Institutions Department. From January 2017, Member of
the Executive Board and Head of the Corporate and Institutional
Clients Division.

Jean-Marc
Joris Head of the Operations Division, born 10 September 1968, Belgian nationality
Professional career Holder of a degree in commercial
and financial sciences from ICHEC, Brussels. Worked in 1993
at Dexia Luxembourg in the Capital Markets Department. From
September 1993 to June 1997, project manager in the Information
Risk Management Department at KPMG. From June 1997 to March 2002,
assistant manager, Head Business Development at ING Baring Private
Bank, in Geneva. In April 2002, member of the SIEBK Executive Board,
head of the Organisation Department and interim head of the IT
Department. Since July 2003, member of the Executive Board.
Since February 2006, head of the Organisation and Information
Technologies Division.

Articles
Article 20 / Composition
The senior management comprises the CEO and the members of the Executive Board.
The Board of Directors shall also appoint the deputy to the CEO from among the members of the Executive Board.
It is appointed for an unlimited period, its members being, however, bound to resign at the latest at the end of the calendar year during which they have reached the age of sixty-five.
Article 21 / Official duties
The members of the Executive Board must devote all their time to the bank.
However, with the express agreement of the Board of Directors and if the interests of the bank justify it, they may accept external mandates or functions.
Article 22 / Scope of activity
The Executive Board shall undertake the management of the bank.
It is invested with the following powers and duties:
- 1. implementing the decisions of the Board of Directors. To this end, the CEO or his deputy shall participate in an advisory capacity in the meetings of the Board of Directors;
- 2. establishing proposals relating to matters coming under the responsibility of the Board of Directors;
- 3.going to law;
- 4. appointing executives;
- 5. preparing quarterly reports enabling the Board of Directors to conduct internal inspections and monitor the development of large-scale risks in accordance with art. 21 par. 2 of the OB; delivering these reports to the Board of Directors;
- 6. taking decisions not being the responsibility of other bodies under the law, Articles or internal regulations. Its other powers and duties are also defined in the organisation regulations adopted by the Board of Directors.
Management and organisation regulations
Art. 17
In addition to the duties that are expressly attributed by law and the Articles, the Executive Board has the following tasks:
- 1. preparing and submitting the bank's strategic and financial plans to the Board of Directors;
- 2. preparing documents and proposals necessary for the bank's higher authorities to take decisions;
- 3. preparing the annual budget and submitting it to the Board of Directors;
- 4. ensuring that the structures and organisation of the bank conform with the legal obligations and practices of the profession;
- 5. ensuring that the bank has a sufficiently high profile in economic circles;
- 6. guaranteeing the proper execution of the decisions of the bank's higher authorities;
- 7. taking decisions not being the responsibility of other bodies of the bank according to the law, the Articles or the internal regulations;
- 8.proposing for approval the appointment of representatives of the bank such as directors to equity interests included in the Group structure;
- 9.nominating representatives of the bank as directors to equity interests not included in the Group structure .
